Then measure the circumference of your chest right under your bust. Confection size of your cup can be also helpful. Body height is measured, so that the length of bra straps fits.

To choose the right size of panties, you need to know the circumference of your waistline (measure at the narrowest part over your navel) and hipline (measure at the fullest part over your hips).
